About Me

Hi, I'm Davids Odior.

I started Seniors & Caregivers Hub because I got tired of health advice written like a textbook — long, cold, and useless at 11pm when you're standing in your parent's kitchen trying to figure out if their confusion is a UTI or something worse.

This site exists for two kinds of people:

  • Adults 50+ who want plain-English answers about blood pressure, sleep, diabetes, and staying independent — without the jargon.
  • Family caregivers who need fast, practical guidance when something changes suddenly and they don't have time to dig through a medical journal.

What I do

I research each topic using trusted sources — the CDC, the NHS, and peer-reviewed guidance — and rewrite it in plain language, with clear action steps you can actually use. Every post links back to the original source so you can verify it yourself.

What I'm not

I'm not a doctor, nurse, or medical professional. Nothing on this site replaces a conversation with your GP, physician, or emergency services. Think of this site as a flashlight, not a diagnosis — it helps you see what's going on and know when to get real help fast.

Why trust this site

I fact-check every health claim against CDC/NHS data before publishing, I link my sources instead of asking you to take my word for it, and I update posts when guidance changes. If you ever spot something that looks outdated or wrong, tell me in the comments — I read every one.
